10 commercial Angus replacement heifers...
- 15 months, heavy 6 weight through medium 7 weights,
- Raised on site, all medium to large frame, BCS of 5-6.
- These heifers have been developed on pasture and receive approx 2# of cow/calf ration (16% protein) every other day.
- They are open and have not been exposed.
- All worked and wormed end of March: Covexin 8, Vista 5 VL5, Dectomax (SQ) and Synanthic drench.
- These heifers will provide for years to come.
- Currently on pasture with high mag mineral and supplemented with 2#/hd of 16% cow/calf ration 3x/week so they won't lose condition when you turn them out.
