Really nice Reg. Angus 3-n-1 pairs...

  • Two great sires: Quaker Hill Rampage OA36 & GAR Absolute D5388.
  • These are herd building & herd changing genetics on both, the sire side & the dams side with the EPD's to prove it.
  • These cows have been hand picked to have 4 to 8 Angus pathfinders in their pedigree that excel on the traits that build herds & get premiums paid.
  • Both of these sires pass on a tremendous amount of their genetics to their progeny.
  • Quaker Hill Rampage OA36 is the Angus breed's #1 registration in 2018 due to his multi-trait excellence & proven profit value of his progeny.
    • All of his daughters display added capacity, sound foot quality & nice udders.
  • GAR Absolute D5388 is stunning in the EPD traits he passes on to his progeny.
    • One of his sons has 20 EPD's in the Top 35% of the Angus breed (that's unbelievable).
    • His daughters will become your “favorite cow”.
  • The dams are long, deep, well-muscled, with outstanding feed efficiency.
    • Proven dams that deliver a calf every year without assistance.
  • If you want to start a Registered Angus herd, I have done all the hard work, just pick out the traits you’re interested in.
  • From calving ease, to producing calves that will meet and exceed CAB standards for getting paid premiums, 1860 Farms has bred the genetics you're looking for.
  • Grass-fed & grass finished producers the $EN, DMI, Marbling & $G EPD's & numbers will that these animals have will take you where you want to be in the Grass-fed world, as many of the calves will certify into the strict standards of the “Certified Angus Beef’s” new "Targeting The Brand" program.

Warning to Sellers:

Be aware of the following Internet Scam...

A prospective buyer contacts seller and agrees to the asking price and then tells the seller...“Give me your address and I'll mail you Certified Funds right away for the cost of the cattle plus $1,500.00 for trucking to my ranch. Deposit the check and then send the $1,500.00 by Western Union to my trucking company.  After they receive the funds, they'll contact you about picking up the cattle.”

The problem is that the check is counterfeit.  An unwary seller deposits the check and wires the "freight costs to the trucking company."  A few days later, the seller's bank contacts him to advise him the check is a fake and his $1,500.00 is gone.

Because these scammers typically e-mail or text sellers, avoid buyers wanting to do a transaction exclusively by e-mail or texting... If they won't talk to you, caution is in order.

Additionally, unless you are certain a buyer is legitimate...

  • Do not accept Certified Funds as payment without calling the Bank or other issuing entity to verify the validity of the check.  It could be counterfeit.
  • Do not provide your checking account information for payment by wire transfer to a prospective buyer.  Scammers, in possession of your name, phone number, e-mail address, bank account information, and utilizing software available on the "Dark Web" designed to hack into financial institutions and banks, will attempt to gain access to your account.
