Before sending
photos as an attachment to an e-mail, locate where the photos are saved
on your computer...
-
For example, "My
Pictures" or "Photo Gallery", etc.
-
Once you know where
the photos are saved, open your e-mail and create a new e-mail message...
-
Select "New Message"
or "Compose", etc.
-
Send to: photos@cattlerange.com
-
In the body of
the e-mail, identify the photos by Listing Number or by name...
-
# 08C965-901 or
Jon Phelps bred heifers
-
To attach the photos,
look for an icon on your toolbar that looks like a paper clip and click
on the icon...
-
If no icon, look
for "Insert" or "Attach", etc.
-
A "Browse" window
will open... Locate and select the file or location where the photos
are saved.
-
If the file contains
only the photos for the listing, attach the entire file. If other
photos are in the file, open the file and select photos individually.
-
More than 1 photo
can be attached to an e-mail... Just repeat the selection process.
-
Some e-mail providers
have a size limit on the amount of data that can be transmitted per e-mail.
-
Avoid attaching
more than 5 or 6 photos per e-mail.
-
When the file or
photos are attached, send the e-mail in the normal way.
-
Within 30 minutes,
you should receive an automated response from The Cattle Range confirming
receipt.
