n..Using The Cattle Range is "A Simple Process"

There is no charge to list cattle for sale... See below*

A Sale Fee is payable only if you sell to a buyer originating from our website. If sold otherwise, you pay nothing.
Sale Fees for livestock sold for future delivery are due upon seller entering into a contract, either written or verbal, with a buyer.
You pay for the actual number SOLD... Whether more or less than the number of head listed.
The Cattle Range is entitled to a sale fee if you sell cattle not listed for sale to a buyer originating from the website.

If the livestock are sold otherwise, you pay nothing...

Please notify us if the livestock are no longer for sale... Call 1.800.381.4848 or use the "SOLD Notification" form located on the main page.

*With the exception of Bulls, there is a $25.00 Listing Fee for listings of 4 head or less.

Livestock not listed on The Cattle Range cannot be offered for sale on a listing...

For example, a listing for 1 Bull cannot contain a comment saying... "Also have 50 other bulls for sale."

Our goal is to facilitate sales...

Livestock with unrealistic prices will receive little or no buyer interest. Accordingly, for listings with unrealistic prices or sale conditions, we reserve the right to either decline to post such listings or to substitute an unrealistic price with "Contact Seller for Pricing"

Additionally, we reserve the right to decline listings not compatible with the commercial livestock industry, such as miniature livestock or breeds with limited or no commercial applications and/or demand.

The Cattle Range (TCR) provides various on-line listing services. We are committed to providing a quality Internet service and to promote that service. We do not guarantee the sale of any cattle, horses, items, or services listed.

Listing owners are responsible for confirming that correct photos and information are appearing on their listings and to advise TCR of errors and the corresponding corrections needed. TCR is not responsible for unreported incorrect listing information, typos, or accidental errors appearing on listings. It is the responsibility of the owner to advise TCR that the listed livestock, real estate, or items are sold.

TCR is not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail. Contact information is displayed with your listing. TCR is not responsible for any misuse of this information.

TCR does not guarantee any of the livestock, horses, items, or services listed on this site. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the validity of all information about livestock, horses, items, or services, prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed, buyers do not have to accept unmerchantable livestock...
This includes, but is not limited to cripples, bad eyes, lumps, chronics, quinines, locos, and sick animals.

Information such as photos and logos are easily downloaded from the Internet. TCR is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, trade name, patent, or any other content, that is downloaded from our website and utilized in violation of local, state or federal laws.

By participating in the services provided by TCR, all users, sellers, and buyers, agree to the above terms and conditions in their entirety.
