• Expose cattle to prospective buyers via The Cattle Range website and through an extensive network of contacts.

• Field phone calls from prospective buyers and assess their viability & ability to purchase the cattle.

• Negotiate the transaction, subject to the price and terms & conditions specified by seller.

• Provide valid and binding contract, executed by buyer and accompanied with a reasonable downpayment.

• Provide oversight at delivery.

n..For Buyers…

• Provide buyer with objective and unbiased description of cattle, and if available, additional photos.

• Tender reasonable offer(s) to seller.

• Provide valid and binding contract, executed by seller.

• UCC “Clear Title” search to ensure the cattle are unencumbered, or if encumbered, lien holder information.

• Arrange for trucking at favorable freight rates.

• Provide oversight at delivery.
