The following sections
briefly describe a little bit about what each service addresses:

Commercial and
Agricultural Loan Brokering: The borrower (start-up or existing)
would come to CFO Strategies, Inc. with a loan request to finance any kind
of activity (excluding owner-occupied residential mortgages). CFO
Strategies, Inc. would prepare a loan proposal for requested financing
and then proceed to present the loan proposal to various financing providers
(whether it be banks, credit unions, SBA, Farm Credit, Farm Service Agency,
USDA Rural Development, venture capitalists, asset based lenders, investors,
etc. in an attempt to obtain the best financing structure and/or package
possible.

Commercial and
Agricultural Financial Analysis and Consulting: The customer would
hire CFO Strategies, Inc. to perform an analysis of the financial condition
of the customer’s operation. The focus of any analysis will be on
the current and future condition of cash flows, debt capacities and balance
sheet strength; as well as how to possibly improve the operation financially.
CFO Strategies, Inc. will do a financial analysis as a snapshot in time;
on an annual basis; or on a much more reoccurring basis such as monthly,
quarterly or semi-annually.

Agricultural Marketing:
Helping the farmer and/or rancher to sell their grain and livestock production,
while utilizing the cash markets, commodity futures and options market
and possibly value-added markets (i.e. ethanol, wheat flour, natural beef,
etc.

Inc. is a small business that works to help businesses and/or agricultural
operations to seek the most beneficial source of financing for many of
today’s needs, whether it is: refinancing, purchases, acquisitions,
mergers, expansions, remodeling or any other type of commercial/agricultural
