The cattle are Angus/Brangus to Beefmaster cross They carry only about 1/8 ear or less and few are 1/4 but nothing more than that.  They have been in South Louisiana in "Belly Deep" Grass since late June. Most of the calves are black or Charorlis cross and weigh 180 lbs. to 450 lbs.  The cows have been exposed to Angus and Brangus Bulls since May.
